Welcome to this journey to the heart of things

In our programs we create a loving environment to discover the hidden gem within each of us. To start achieving our full potential taking care of ourselves and our most vulnerable sides.

We work with your creative ability and cutting-edge scientific tools to increase happiness, meaning and joy and transform pain into purpose. Our team has known each other for over 20 years, where we have worked and studied the human condition without styling, combining scientific tools with ancient roots of wisdom. We dedicate our hearts and minds to make this week an unforgettable experience. Where human quality and social connection join the powerful beauty of the landscape and charm of this precious island. Helping to create a unique experience whilst training in one of the most inspiring places of this spring paradise in the Atlantic Ocean, Tenerife.

Retirement program, day by day:

Day 1

  • 17:00 - Reception and accommodation
  • 18:00 - Roundtable, information and presentations
  • 19:00 - Dinner and time to relax

Day 2

  • 08:30 - Yoga and Meditation (presenting the different levels of healing day by day)
  • 10:00 - Breakfast
  • 12:00 - 13:30 ACL - (Consciousness, Courage and Love), a project of Washington University. Interpersonal mindfulness. We will begin by being more present to each other, warming our hearts to cultivate affection and coming into contact with our more conscious version. Joy will always be welcome.
  • 14:00 - Free time to go to the beach or village (packed lunch is provided)
  • 18:00 - Afternoon soft yin yoga
  • 19:30 - Dinner

Day 3

  • 08:30 - Yoga and Meditation (presenting the different levels of healing day by day)
  • 10:00 - Breakfast
  • 12:30 - Excursion with an outdoor picnic, hike and the beach
  • 18:00 - Introduction workshop to self-massage
  • 19:00 - Self-compassion, exercise and dynamics
  • 20:00 - Dinner

Day 4

  • 08:30 - Authentic motion workshop
  • 10:00 - Breakfast
  • 11:30 - Free time (rest, beach, massages and therapies)
  • 18:00 - Yogasanas and mantras singing
  • 19:00 - Dinner
  • 21:30 - Silent meditation with Tibetan bowls (optional) or film

Day 5

  • 08:30 - Kriya yoga and meditation
  • 10:00 - Breakfast
  • 12:00 - Walk in the woods and a picnic outside with ACL focused on forgiveness
  • 18:30 - Afternoon Vyayam warrior yoga meditative
  • 20:00 - Dinner

Day 6

  • 08:30 - Yoga session with pranayama for longevity. Also, possibility of a cocoa ceremony
  • 10:30 - Brunch
  • 11:30 - Free time (rest, beach, massages and therapies)
  • 13:30 - Excursion to a nature reserve by the ocean, then an interpersonal effectiveness workshop during the afternoon and cheerful mindfulness practices
  • 18:00 - Dance journey through emotions and perspective taking
  • 20:00 - Dinner

Day 7

  • 08:30 - Kundalini Yoga
  • 10:30 - Brunch
  • 11:30 - Coming out of your head and entering your life: a workshop to clarify values and go towards what really matters
  • 17:00 - Flow yoga and mantra singing (or "temazcal": Traditional sweatshirt)
  • 19:00 - Dinner
  • 21:00 - Dance celebration (music and dance around the fire)

Day 8

  • 08:30 - Yoga Flow and Meditation Tandav (movement meditation practice to awaken natural joy from within)
  • 10:30 - Breakfast-lunch
  • 11:30 - Free time and farewell

The program does not require prior experience and is designed to ease you into the activities gradually but both Advanced practitioners and beginners will enjoy its great benefits. The order and presentation of practices may vary depending on the weather conditions or the dynamics of the group.

The attendance at any of the internships and excursions is voluntary. As are the excursions which can also be replaced by another location in relation to the dynamics of the group and the weather conditions. A possible alternative is to visit the Laurisylva forest in Erjos (the ancient forest present in Europe before the ice age still present in the Canary Islands) with stunning views of the Masca area.

A food in harmony

Three meals a day are included in the price. We offer a mainly vegan and nutritious ovo-vegetarian diet with fresh and organic local products. Meals are mainly organic vegan food, including eggs. A full takeaway picnic will be selected for excursions and there will be fruits, nuts and herbal tea always available at the retreat. This diet helps revitalize the body and regenerate vitality while taking care of the sustainability of the experience and reducing our carbon footprint.

If you have any specific dietary requirements, such as gluten intolerance please let us know and we will do our best to meet your needs. We look forward to seeing you soon and sharing this wonderful experience with you.

Travel information

There are many international flights to Tenerife and also many low-cost airlines from major European cities. Find your flight preferably to the Tenerife South airport or, in another case, to the Tenerife North airport and we will help you with your transfer from the airport to the place of withdrawal. Just let us know if we can give you more help in this regard.

The reservation is formalized by a deposit of € 400 per participant by bank transfer refundable up to 25 days before the start of the program. The rest of the payment will be made one week before the start of the event. Once you make the payment, you will receive your confirmation with the reservation details.
